David K. Irwin

Mr. Irwin was born in 1958 in Danville, Pennsylvania. He attended Ithaca College (B.A. 1980) and Villanova University (J.D. 1989). He was admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1989, and to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in 1990.

Mr. Irwin is a member of the Lycoming Law Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Mr. Irwin concentrates his practice
in the areas of:
